Our guide
to Germany

Welcome to the final chapter of our own PQE worldwide guide, where we will explore some of our consultants' recommendation for places to eat and visit when you visit our subsidiaries.

About our cover photo of the month

For December’s cover photo we have decided to put a spotlight on the suggestive bridge located inside the Kromlau Azalea and Rhododendron Park in Gablenz, Germany. The landscaped park was built during the nineteenth century and is famous for its Rakotzbrücke — or Devil’s Bridge — which create the illusion of a circle with the water underneath. Devil’s Bridges, which were very difficult for ancient architecture, all had a related myth or folktale linking their origins to the Devil, often for the perceived precariousness of the structures.
