Our guide
to Japan

Welcome to June's chapter of our own PQE worldwide guide, where we will explore some of our consultants' recommendation for places to eat and visit when you visit our subsidiaries.

About our cover photo of the month

What you see in this month’s cover photo is Arashiyama’s “Bamboo Grove”, a bamboo forest alley and one of Tokyo’s most mesmerizing sights. Arashiyama (meaning “Storm Mountain”) is a beautiful district located about 7 kilometers west of Kyoto, 30 minutes away from the city with almost every mean of transportation. In the district’s heart, tourists find the two sets of bamboo grove surrounded by beautiful temples, like Tenryu-ji Temple, and Villas like the Okochi-Sanso Villa.
Walking amid the stalks of bamboo for hours is an otherworldly experience that gathers many tourists from all countries.
