Due to our constant growth, we are looking for an IT Help Desk to join our team in our Headquarter located in Reggello, Florence, Italy.
- Operating Systems Installation & Configuration
- Domain & BIOS Configuration
- Operating Systems Analysis and Troubleshooting
- Devices & Software installation
- Backup Strategy Definition & Configuration -Disk
- Data Management, Data Migration and Data Access Control
- Installation and configuration network Wi-Fi & Hotspot, switches, Network Patching and testing
- IT support -IT Help desk 2nd -Local and remote end user support
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or similar roles
- Good level of English
